The A19.5 was a type of medium armor used by various factions during and after the Great Galactic War.
The basic kit, available in a variety of colors, consisted of pieces of medium armor covering the chest, back and lower legs. The advanced kit included a compact backpack and several additional elements of armor - shoulder shields, separate armor plates covering the chest and back of the wearer, as well as shin guards for boots. It was not uncommon to see someone wearing basic kit, but with a few pieces of advanced kit. A19.5 was especially favored by various mercenary groups and wealthy merchants.
